This Associate degree in Leadership and Management program will promote the conceptual awareness and practical abilities of students which are needed to help organizations run efficiently, effectively, and ethically in this competitive business era. Students will learn how to plan, budget, coordinate, and influence within an organizational setting. They will develop ways to analyze systems, interpret data, and set priorities.
Through each management and leadership course, students will develop critical skills to lead such as resolving conflict, decision-making, adapting to change, providing vision, motivating others, and achieving organizational goals.
